It feels like it has been a long road. But compared to most recording ventures, this one has been very streamlined. We are back at Overdub Lane tonight, probably for the last time. We have to mix Will Henry, Hobo Love Song, and Lord Lord Lord. Then we just tweak the ones that have already been finished at bit, and it’s on to mastering! Once again I will reiterate how swell a guy John Plymale is. If you are a long-time triangle native you might have heard of his band The Pressure Boys. They are having a reunion show in May that is totally for charity, at Cat’s Cradle. I haven’t heard a second of their music, but i’m certainly gonna be there.

As for our big party, it’s looking like early June at the earliest. But we don’t want to rush, we’d rather make sure everything goes smoothly. If you’re having a hankering to see us before then, PLEASE come on down to The Pour House this Sunday night. April 13th... we’ll be opening for an amazing act out of Colorado called Wovenhand. (see other post for details)... It will be a show to remember.
